Gym facilities
Gym facilities are specially designed to support the health, fitness, and well-being of girls and boys. The facilities are given separately for both boys and girls. Indoor and outdoor gym facility is also available.
Girls - Morning 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and evening 4:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
Boys - Morning 5:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and evening 4:15 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.



Indoor Games Stadium
Indoor games stadium provide a fun, safe environment for students to enjoy recreational and competitive activities. Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess, Carrom and Billiards facilities are available.


Outdoor Games (Playground)
Football, basketball, volleyball, handball, tennis, athletics, and cricket facilities are available and these facilities are utilized by students and staff. We have separate cricket ground with net facilities for practice.


Physical Fitness coach
The University appoints specialist coaches across a comprehensive range of sports, including kabaddi, weightlifting, powerlifting, and yoga, to ensure that each discipline receives expert and individualized training. These coaches enhance performance and safety by emphasizing proper technique and injury prevention, while also promoting holistic growth by instilling discipline, teamwork, leadership, and mental resilience key attributes for success both on the field and beyond.
Yoga
The Department of Education offers a course entitled “Health, Yoga, and Physical Education”, in the eighth semester, which carries 2 credits. This course integrates physical fitness and yoga, offering not only strength and flexibility training but also offers to learn essential stress-management techniques.
